He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Mullins and Ivas Mullins (Gabbard); and his wife Geneva (Schultz). He is survived by: his children, Penny Kellum (Tim), Charlotte Koons (Wayne), Charles Jr. (Mary), Ann Collins (David) and Ted Mullins (Karen); and his brother Phil Mullins. He is also survived by his children, 8 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Hospice of Cincinnati.
