He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Von and Lucille Rubush (Geiling); and his in-laws, Rex and Ina Hannahs. He is survived by: his wife Anita Rubush; his son David Von Rubush; his siblings, Don Rubush (Barb), Kim Roemer (Steve) and Bruce Rubush; and his in-laws, Bill, Mary, John (Jill) and Andrea Hannahs. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and dear friends.
Memorial contributions can be made in Carl's honor to American Cancer Society or in his mother and mother-in-law's honor to Alzheimer's Association.
