He was predeceased by: his father Al Alt; and his son Ryan Chard. He is survived by: his mother Janet Granger; his wife Jennifer (Arnold); his son Alex Thomas (Natalie); his siblings, Arlene Kauffman, Sharon Chard (Tim Brown), Mike Chard (Leighton), Sydney Eschenbrenner (Craig Weichert), Morgan Eschenbrenner (Logan Brown), Kyle Eschenbrenner and Eric Eschenbrenner; and his grandchildren, Sophie, Brier Chard and Brown of Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and special friends.
