She was predeceased by: her spouse Don Collins; and her siblings, Charles Keene, Robert Keene, Helen Richter, Shirley Baker and Donald Keene.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Collins (Namie), Michael Collins (Dorothy), Martin Collins (Robin) and Matthew Collins (Kimberly). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren & 12 great-grandchildren.
Inurnment at St. Mary Cemetery (Hamilton, OH).Memorial donations can be made to St. Ann Catholic Church.
