He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Bernard Thyen (Tammy), Phillip Thyen (Robyn), Karl Thyen (Caroline), Mark Thyen and Lisa Pokora (Gene); his grandchildren, Emily, Alex, Joey, Brianne, Rachael, Connor, Josie, Robert and Christina Larry (RJ); his great grandchildren, Rylee, Jaden and Madeline; and his siblings, Johnny Thyen (Arlene), Cecelia Koeger (Kenny), Mary Ann Stillmaker and Charlotte Kettman (Carl).
