She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy W. Eiler and Marian Eiler (Rosencrans); her husband John L Winter; her son Carl L. Winter; and her sister Lucille Giffen.
She is survived by: her son John F. Winter (Kim); her grandchildren, Chad Winter, Heather Lockaby, Whitney Lockaby-Meachum, Chris Grimes and Sarah Laboitoux; her friend Elvin Mountjoy; and her sisters, Ida Mae Lemmons and Phoebe Bolser. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
