She was predeceased by: her parents, Judy Ann Deffinger and Roger Wayne Lung. She is survived by: her husband Jack Louis Perkins; her brothers, Wayne Lung (Tara), Jason Lung (Janet), Duke McClanahan, Barry Lung (Nichole) and Gary Lung (Amber); her children, Justin Hess, Sherman Perkins (Donna), Nicole Stout (Justin), Jack Perkins II and Geneva Perkins (Isa); and her grandchildren, William Tolin, Skyler Perkins, Jocelyn Hess, Braedin Hayslip, Ella Stout, Thomas Tolin and Saleana Perkins.
