She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Ann Colliver (Winkle) of Hamersville, Ohio; her aunts, Diana Frazier and Deborah Winkle; her husband Chris Tackett; her children, Jackson Tackett (Haylee Steele) and Dani Ann Marie Tackett; her pet Blu; her parents-in-law, Kenny and Donna Tackett of Wheelersburg, Ohio; her brothers, Nick Colliver (Julie) of Hillsboro, Kelly Colliver (Christy) of Georgetown and Billy Colliver (Debbie) of Mt; her sisters-in-law, Lori Smith of Wheelersburg, Ohio and Terina Tackett of Wheelersburg, Ohio; her grandfather Samuel Winkle of Georgetown, Ohio; her nieces and nephews, Alexis Snider (Zac), Blake Colliver (Lexi), Kelsey Barger (Brad), Ethan Colliver, Dakota Colliver (Mariah Kinman), Ariel Smith (Alex), Seth Colliver, Kylie Smith (Austin) and Dylan White; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Corrine, Fallon, Finnic Snider, Maddox, Mya, Braelynn Barger, Braxton and Emersyn Smith. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
