She is survived by: her children, Brenda Ullery (Gary), Lori Martino (Joe), William Dee Mofford (Lisa) and Robert Glen Mofford; her grandchildren, Robert G. Mofford Jr., Robert S. Ullery (Talena), Christina Henni (Chris), Valerie M. Mofford, Joshua E. Mofford, Dylan M. Mofford, Hannah D. Guethlein (Anthony) and Karen Mofford; and her sisters, Karen Simmons and Phyllis Leone.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Graceland Memorial Gardens (5989 Deerfield Rd, Milford, OH 45150).
