He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Charles and Claudia May Mullis (Ward); and his siblings, Mark, Wade Mullis, Sylvia Mullis, Christina Shelton and Karen Mullis.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Mullis (King); his son Ryan Mullis of Hamersville, Ohio; his siblings, Scott Mullis (Sandy) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Melissa Gaunce of Newtonsville, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Amy, Josh (Stephen Gaunce), Tracy Reese (Rachel) and Andrew Mullis.
During the visitation and funeral service, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings are required.
