He is survived by: his mother Mary Hazel Higle, Sr. (Sowers); his fiancée Brandy Rawe of Hamersville, Ohio; his son Ryan Higle; his brothers, Monty Higle, Jr. of Hamersville, Robert Higle of Hamersville and Gary Sowers (Sylvia) of Ripley, Ohio; his aunts, Esta Miller of Houston and Linda Farrell of Georgetown, Ohio; and his cousins, Lori of Georgetown, Sharon of Georgetown, Karen of Georgetown and Jeff Farrell of Georgetown.
