He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Eugene and Beverly Mae Breeze Swaim; his wife Pamela Sue Ebert Swaim; his brother Alan Swaim; and his grandparents, Kermit, Glennus Swaim, Martha and Harry Breeze.
He is survived by: his daughter Krystal Jones of Miamisburg; his grandson Jordan Jones; and his siblings, Steven Swaim (Connie) of Dundas and Serena McCollum (Mike) of Nelsonville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
