He was predeceased by: his father Albert L. Hill; his brother Leslie Hill; and his grandparents, Arnold, Helen Hill, Russell and June Welch.
He is survived by: his mother Joan K. Welch Poeppelman; his stepfather Richard Poeppelman; his wife Heather D. Wilbur Hill; his siblings, Russell Hill, Dawn Hargett and Lisa Wetmore; his nephews, John, Shawn and Shane Hargett; and his great-nephew Brayden Hargett. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and friends.
