He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Gordon Perry and Mary Welch Perry. He is survived by: his wife Sherry L. Mace Perry; his children, Em Perry (Stephanie) of Hamden and Michael Perry (Kara) of Hamden; his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Eldon, Lenora, William, Wyatt and Willa; his siblings, Melvin Hill (Elaine) of Wellston, Wes Perry (Carla) of Wellston, Innis Ewing (Eddie) of Wellston, Jim Perry of Wellston and Clarice Perry (Frank Brown) of Wellston; and his pet Skip. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
