It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved David McKnight of Hamden, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 79, on December 19, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward McKnight and Clara Regenia Bartoe McKnight; and his former wife Viola "Tootsie" McKnight. He is survived by: his wife Mae McKnight; his children, Tim McKnight (Annette), Deanna Blythe (Jeremy), Lori Byers and Gina Parks; and his siblings, Carol Salmons, Kay Navratil (Zdenek), Jane Womack (Frazell) and Bob McKnight (Pam). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gahanna Free Will Baptist Church (3868 N Stygler Rd, Columbus, OH 43230). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at the Elk Cemetery.
