He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Betts; and his brother Bruce Cline. He is survived by: his mother Corlene Cluff (Osborne); his wife Lucy; his children, Zack Azbell, Kerrie Betts, Chelsie Azbell and Sha Betts; his grandchildren, Phoenix, Azlynd, Dreighton, Ace, Scarlyt, Sophia, Olivia, Zoey, Thatcher, Chase and Mack; his sisters, Mary Jo Barney (Mike), Carolyn Grigsby and Florence Meneely; and his siblings-in-law, Stephanie Corder and Steve Folden (Connie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
