He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Aaron Kirkendall and Faye Roof Kirkendall; his wife Susie "Loretta" Kirkendall; his daughter Ramona Cochran; and his daughter-in-law Linda Kirkendall.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Kirkendall of Delaware, Randy Kirkendall of Hamden and Tracy Sage of Sunbury; and his siblings, Roy Kirkendall of Hamden and Rosemary Mankins of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
