She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lewis and Vera Elma Blake Paugh; her siblings, Jean Mathes, Buddy, Denzil, Billy and Joe Paugh; her sons, Steven and Randall; her parents-in-law, Garland and Stella Brady; and her friends, Bob, Sharon Judson, Chuck and Gladys Young.
She is survived by: her husband Dallas; her children, Doris Adkins, Pat Brady and Sandra Smith (Phillip); and her pet Penny. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.
