She is survived by: her parent Opal Marie Stone Chambers; her siblings, Deborah Ruedebusch (Tom) of Guysville, Ronnie Chambers (Robin) of Critten, KY, Donnie Chambers of Knoxville, TN and Michael Chambers (Janet) of Erlanger, KY; her niece April Nicole Bailes of Athens; and her nephew Aeden Thomas Bailes.
