He was predeceased by: his parent Richard P.. He is survived by: his parent Doris M. Elkins Schloss; his wife Sandra K. Nichols Schloss; his sons, Mike Schloss (Sheila) of Guysville, Mark Schloss (Trish) of Guysville and Matt Schloss (Angel) of Guysville; his sister Sharon Whipkey; his husband Robert Whipkey Tate of Carlisle; his brothers, Joe Schloss (Carole) of Athens and Jim Schloss (Joan) of Chantilly; and also, Christy Moore (Tim) of Shade and Susan Venable of Frederickburg. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
