He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Pennington and Beulah'Louise' Pennington (Whitt). He is survived by: his wife Leona Johnson; and his siblings, Barbara Delong (Roger), Glen Pennington (Tammy), Anthony Pennington (Diane), Ed Pennington (Wanda), Brenda (Robert), Carol Sams (Rick), Jason Pennington (Christi) and Johnathan Pennington (Kari). He is also survived by many foster siblings, nieces and nephews.
