It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Bailey of Guysville, Ohio, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Bailey and Clara Cullison Bailey; his wife Charlotte L. Dowler Bailey; his daughter Clara Louise Bailey; and his grandchildren, Leroy, Roger and Jesse Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Amos Bailey (Brenda) of Coolville, Raymond Bailey (Mary) of Athens, Marty Bailey (Jodi) of Guysville, Timothy Bailey of Circleville, Mary Lou Bennett of Carbon Hill and Patricia Cheeseman (Homer) of Buchtel; and his sisters, Opal Newlun of Atlanta, GA., Maxine Spalding of Columbus and Ruth Martin (Red) of Nelsonville. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren.
