She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Adkins and Iva Ceola Adkins (Leonard); her siblings, Shirley Yoh, Nancy Laukhuf, Ruth Healy, Charles, Virgil and Weldon Adkins; and her sons-in-law, Kenneth Bland and Greg Jackson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Sandra Adkins Lee of Haviland, Betty Myers of Paulding and Merri Adkins of Van Wert; and her children, Phil Farris (Robin) of Van Wert, Joyce Bland of Paulding, Beverly Bussing (Steve) of Paulding and Barbara Jackson-Landers (Steve) of Grover Hill. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 6 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Freda's memory may be directed to the Grover Hill Welcome Park Project.
