He was predeceased by: his parents, David Pryce and Nora Johnson (Stieversen); and his brother Benjamin F. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Helen Louise Plummer; his sons, Gregory Rex Johnson (Lee) of Roanoke and James Bradley Johnson (Bobbie) of Morrison, Colorado; his sisters, Virginia Ringwald of Annandale and Erma Johnson of Palmetto Bay, Florida; his grandchildren, Zachary R. Johnson (Meagan), Megan Wilborn (Mic), Serge B. Johnson (Carolyn Johnson-Bureau), Joshua McGregor Johnson (Antionette) and Jason Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Emma, Sarah Johnson, Liam, Sean Johnson, Owen and Lilly Wilborn.
