She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Amstutz and Rena Amstutz (Moore); her husband James R. Welch; her son-in-law Jerry Gribble; and her siblings, Selma Long, Dorothy Amstutz, Marjorie Miller, Linda Beach, Dale Amstutz and Robert Amstutz.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Welch of Grover Hill, OH, David Welch (Martha) of Defiance, OH, Mary Kay Gribble of Grover Hill, OH, Jane Grew (Mike) of Van Wert, OH, Neal Welch of Grover Hill, OH and Rex Welch (Hazel Blomer) of Staunton, VA; and her brother Richard Amstutz. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
