He was predeceased by: his father Warren Church; and his granddaughter Hailey Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Heather Church, Brooke Neal, Carolyn Lewis (Larry), Tom Norris (Karen) and DJ Norris (Anna); his grandchildren, Mason, Braxton, Luxyn Neal, Jr., Jordyn Eplin, Monica, Andrew Higgins, Gabby, David Lowery, Nate Norris and Connor Norris; and his great grandchildren, Kyla Eplin, Emma Lowery, Baby Lowery and Oaklynn Higgins. He is also survived by friends and family.
