He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Muncy and Norma McCoy Meador; and his siblings, Arville Muncy, Emmit Muncy, Rick Muncy, Mary Woody and Kimmy Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his mother-in-law Shirley Doctor; his children, Jeremy Muncy (Amanda) and Penny Young (Joe); his siblings, Jennifer Neil, Sam Pauley, Patty Conn (Gerald), Mike Pauley (Missy) and Kay Pauley; and his cousins, Timmy McCoy, Paul, Michael, Vicki, Jarvis, Rose Thompson and Sheila Selvage. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Thomas' family will graciously accept contributions to help offset his final expenses.
