He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Roland Spradlin; his former wife Mabel Hinty Spradlin; his children, Donna Spradlin Keglovich and Roland H. Spradlin; his wife Patti Swift Spradlin; his children, Deborah Spradlin Orick (Ron) of Columbus and Thomas Spradlin Jr. (Regina) of Creola, Ohio; his grandchildren, Glenn Keglovich Jr., Lisa Keglovich Temple, Thomas Spradlin III, Clarissa Spradlin Brown, Laura Orick Wilkins, Ronnie Orick II, Julie Spradlin, Troy Spradlin and Roland Spradlin Jr.; his children-in-law, Glenn Keglovich Sr., Ron Orick, Regina Ison Spradlin and Sara Spradlin; and his brother-in-law Clyde Graham (Judy). He was also cherished by 10 great grandchildren and one on the way; 2 great great grandchildren.
