She was predeceased by: her husband Drexel D. Mitchell; her parents, Ewing Gibson and Anna Salisbury Gibson; her siblings, Daniel Boone Gibson, Opal Irene Gibson (Carroll Childers), Harry Richard Gibson and Betty Sue Roberts; and her brother-in-law Thomas L. Roberts.
She is survived by: her nephews, Michael Lee Roberts and David Childers (Betty); her great-nephews, Nathan Childers and Brian Childers (Jennifer); and also, Austin and Addison. She is also survived by other nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers donations to victims of hurricane Ian are appreciated.
