He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Robert, Evelyn Heine, Henry and Carolyn Meyer. He is survived by : his parents, Michael Heine and Julie Heine of Dublin, Ohio; and his brothers, Michael, Carl, Matthew and Erich. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, and nephews.
