He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrville Meadows and Dorothy Meadows; his son Robert William Meadows; his brother Lee Meadows; and his aunts and uncles, Mary, Harold Sizemore, Shirly and Larry Exline.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Meadows (Haley), Kacey Bradford and Arrabella Grace Meadows; his niece Mariah; and his nephew Patrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews, family members and friends.
