He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his daughters, Brenda Sturgill (James), Peggy Fields (William), Mary Moore (Ronald) and Teresa Moore (Frank Sr.); his grandchildren, James P. (Andrew Sturgill), Tonya Hernandez (William E. Fields), Steven Brumley and Casey Carr (Nicholas Moore); and his brothers, Mike Hale and Pat Hale. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
