She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kenney and Evelyn Kenney; her husband Harry Billingham; and her siblings, Dorothy Fernandez, Barbara Wieser and Richard Kenney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Crank (Phill), Debbie Risher (Randy), Donna Billingham (Pat) and Janet Billingham (Alan); her sister Ruth O'Connor; her brother-in-law Peter Billingham (Terry); her grandchildren, Tiffany Williamson, Brittany Taylor (Chris), Courtany McGrath and Jennifer Bauchmoyer (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Curtis, Josie, Ethan, Logan, Grayson and Olivia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
