She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stone and Pina Stone (Barr) of Leon; her husband Lee D. Absten; her son Terry L. Absten; and her siblings, Goldie Price, John, Herbert, William, Clarence and Denver Stone.

She is survived by: her children, Glenda Williams (Greg), Michael Absten (Sue), Lisa Fitzpatrick (Bill), Teresa Smith (Mike) and Mary Lou Maynard (Will).

Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the South Chapel (1346 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
