Frazier of Frazeysburg; his husband Dan Mummaw; his stepmother Donna Frazier; his sister Lisa Wriston (Jim); his nieces, Robyn Mills, Heather and Caitlynn Wriston; his nephew Keaghan Wriston; his stepsister Lori Luallen (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Chelsey Luallen and Andrew Luallen (Jennifer); his great-nieces, Meri and Ava Luallen; his stepbrother Todd Hanks (Donna); his nephews, Jamie and Jonathan Hanks; his aunt Carolyn; and his uncle Bill Green.
