She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Collins and Wade Collins; her husband Calvin "Casey" Taylor; her sister Jacqueline Richardson; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Holmes and Robert Richardson.
She is survived by: her son Paul; her daughter-in-law Andrea Taylor; her grandson Matthew Taylor; her sisters, Geneva Holmes, Joy Stevens, Brenda Spradlin, Deborah Collins and Teresa Clark (Bo); and her close friends, Bonnie Crow and Loretta Rayburn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
