She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herman Veit and Norma Veit; her parents-in-law, Leonard and Ethel Salyers; her sisters, Wilma Holbrook and Rosalie Salyers; her grandson Kyler Kessler; her husband Bruce "Butch" Salyers; her children, Bruce Jr. Salyers (Debbie) and Traci Kessler (John); her grandchildren, Bruce III, Lisa, Lauren, Tiffany, Brian and Brandon; her siblings, Kathy Veit, Steve Veit, Carole Dunlap, Barb Pigg (Gary), Joy Holbrook (Jim), Lenny Salyers (Marilyn) and Pam Ross; and her close friend Jessica Havens. She was also cherished by 10 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, surrogate children, grandchildren.
