He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul Arbaugh, Amos Arbaugh, Dallas Arbaugh and Betty Sherman; and his stepfather Herbert Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his children, Philip Arbaugh (Mona), Phyllis Howard, Catherine Merritt, Brenda Chaney (Bob) and Bryan Arbaugh; and his brother Wayne Shelton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
