It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen R. Mitchell of Groveport, Ohio, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Grassle and Rita Grassle; her husband Franklin D. Mitchell; her daughters, Lisa Bowe and Dianna Jenkins; her granddaughter Megan Courtright; and her siblings, Patricia Blaine, Eileen Campbell and Herbert Grassle Jr. Kitty.
She is survived by: her son William F. Mitchell; her grandchildren, Douglas Mitchell, Kimberly Kenney and Kayla Bowe; her great grandchildren, Austin, Cheyenne, David, Mason, Sebastian, Savannah, Charles, Destiny, Kitty and Sara; and her siblings, Martha Logan, Jack Grassle and Thomas Grassle. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the South Chapel (1346 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
