He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Workman and Chelsea Workman. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Yvonne Workman and David Workman; and his grandchildren, Josh, Christian, Alex, Edie and Brynn. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
