He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Campbell, Karen Carter (Brian Wasserman), Michelle Brown and Pamela Crosby (Curtis); his grandchildren, Jamie Krzyzak (Richard Frampton), Ryon Wood, Christina Crosby, Ashley Wasserman and Trinity Brown; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Kendal, Chloe, Aspen, Kaylee Jo, Rose, Josh, Tristin and Abbigail.
