He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Tackett and Jettie Tackett (Damron); and his siblings, Lorena Kendrick, Loretta Compton, Mary Flanary, Gail Horn, Edgar Tackett and Randall Tackett.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy (Lana), Adam (Tommy), Matthew (Melissa) and Mark Tackett; his grandchildren, Wesley, Emily, Justin, Hallie, Austin, Kennedy, Keegan, Angela of Kaylee, AJ and Drake; his great grandchild Danny; and his sister Kathy Chaney (Ricky). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
