He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbi"; his children, Jody Haywood (Sherri) and Joanna Hayes (Gregory Filhart); his stepchildren, Cheryle Kiser, Bradley Kearns (Judy) and Ike Frye; his grandchildren, Jamie Dennis (Aaron), Michael Hayes (Britny), Joseph Haywood (Savannah), Cody Haywood (Ashley), Dylan Prater (Cheyenne) and Daniel Prater; his stepgrandchildren, Frederick Little (Leann), Paula Haynes, Barbara Vincent, Jerrod Vincent, Steven Kiser (Ashli), Amanda Kiser, Robert "Bobby" Witt and Cody Kiser (Katia); his great grandchildren, Dalton, Brody, Wesley, Avayah, Lillian, Reagan, Hunter Haywood, Ryland, Grayson, Audrey, Ivory Vincent, Ayiannah, Malaiah, Norah, Asher Witt, Mila Haynes, Kaden, Braxton, Kash and Naomi Kiser; his brothers, William "Willie" Haywood and Michael "Skinner" Haywood (Linda); his nieces, Shelby Smetanko (Paul), Teresa Red (Eric) and Kimberly Barrows; and his nephew Brian Haywood.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the South Chapel (1346 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the O. R. Woodyard South Chapel (1346 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207).
