He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Catrina Johnson, Lisa Tackett, Chuck Berry (Jeannine) and Angela Berry (Rick); his grandchildren, Heather, Ronnie, Kaylee, Camryn, Donovan, Shaun, Tylor, Zack, Kayla, Madison, Brian, Amanda, Alex and Stephanie; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Emmitt, Beau, Dawson, Violet, Zara, Lincoln, Connor and Julian; his sister Gilda Herb; and his cousin Sharon Sis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
