He is survived by: his wife Lavina Watts; his children, Kathy Mitchell (Brad), Leah Watts, Sandra Gallion (Michael), Harold Watts and James Watts; his stepson Roy Mitchell III (Pam); his grandchildren, Matthew (Meghan), Mitchell, Lance, Mason, Christopher, Alexander, Kylee, Michael, Holly (Josh), Joshua (Stephanie) and Elise; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Jack, Ella, Braxton, Boston, Brooklyn, Connor, Holly, Kaylie, Cayden and Colton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
