He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Bivens; his children, Terry Worrix (Cindy), Robin Arnett (Bill), Tim Worrix (Tracy), Beth Amburgey (Mike) and Carrie Sussex (Mark); his grandchildren, Eric Arnett, Thomas Arnett (Miolani), Sarah Bring (Randy), Hayden Worrix, Kennedy Worrix, Anthony Amburgey, Kortney Worrix, Nathan Amburgey and Gracie Amburgey; his siblings, Lonnie Worrix, Evelyn Worrix, Alice Richardson (Mike), Leah Ewald (Dan), Loretta Bradley (Dave), Betty Pierce, Lola Barney and Thursie Bates; his grandchildren, Hunter Worrix, Sam Hall and Chelsea Arnett; and also, Valceeda, Zoie Hall, Gage Hall, Peyton Arnett, Cole Arnett, Hailey Arnett, Caleb Bring, Hudson Bring and Adaline Arnett.
