He is survived by: his wife Gerarda Fazio (Gerry); his children, Anthony Fazio and Biacina Richardson (Fazio); his son-in-law James Richardson Jr.; his grandchildren, Cesidia, Mario Richardson and Giuseppe Fazio; his mother Michelle Fazio; and his siblings, Valerio, Madalena, Marie, Antonietta, Carmen (Loretta Pignatelli), Mario (Luigia Pignatelli) and Sam (Liliana Pignatelli). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
