He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel; his daughter JoAnn Fannin; and his grandson Chad Fortner. He is survived by: his children, Stephen F. Fannin (Gail), Samuel David Fannin (Neva) and Brenda Louise Heimann (Ronald); and his brother Earl Fannin (Loretta). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
