He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stambaugh and Margaret Stambaugh; his siblings, Ron Stambaugh and Ellen "Sis" Guy; and his aunt Althea Stambaugh.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Stultz (Mark Phillips) and Shelley Kaufman (Jason); his grandchildren, Zackary Fusco, Tanner Stultz, Jayci, Kendall and Quinn Kaufman; and his sister Fran Painter (late Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
