He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Duty and Mary Stanton Duty. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lawson Duty; his children, Donna Farley and Steven Duty; his siblings, Brenda Duty, Barbara Sue McGowen and Butch Duty; and also Carol Duty. He is also survived by Many Nieces, nephews, other family and good friends.
